Do you want to meet your legal clone? Part Two
If you haven't done so, it would benefit the reader to brief over our web site article entitled the "World System" accessed from the home page by clicking the link button. It gives a summary overview of the present exploits of Mystery Babylon, today known as the New World Order. Within that article we have included quotes from famous people who have acknowledged such a symbolic and artificial "person" as being the real power behind all nation's governments. Including, but not limited to these quotes, we have the testimony : "... the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes." Prime Minister of England Disraeli (during reign of Queen Victoria) Coningsby, by Disraeli; Longmans Co.,1881, page 252 "There is a sinister influence at work in our country, which if it is not checked, intends to completely undermine the original purpose of the formation of our government --- which for purposes of deception, they would call "a world's democracy."--- it would be the privilege of a few to rule in splendor, and the fate of the many to spend their lives in unrequited toil and that hopeless condition of servitude---" Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr. --his speech from the Congressional Record, Washington D.C., July 5, 1916 Since Mystery Babylon cannot rule in a world of natural born persons where those persons have God given rights and have lawful access to protect those rights within the framework of a righteous government, this ungodly world system has had to create it's own world of pretended government operating with pretended law, ruling over pretended persons. The Bible is the earliest law book of Western civilization. Within the Bible we see that Mystery Babylon is seen as having a pretend name as if being one person, a great whore, even though she is actually made up of many individuals who have joined together as an elite financial ruling power. In figurative language we read from the Book of Revelation:
"And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration." (Rev.17:1-6) Without spending a lot of time here, a brief explanation of the above depiction is as follows: The artificial (symbolic) entity Mystery Babylon fornicates with kings of the Earth in that governments have submitted to her enticements. The people of the world also fornicate with her and have lost their senses to "drunkenness". (They have no understanding of their predicament) She is full of names of blasphemy revealing that her religious intentions are against the God of the Bible. She is arrayed in purple, the color reserved for kings in the Bible, and the Jews put a purple robe on Christ at His crucifixion mocking His rightful dominion as King of Kings. She is dressed in scarlet (red) the color of political world communism. She is decked with fine jewels, gold, and silver meaning that economically she is adorned with the wealth of the world . All in all Mystery Babylon is a fictitious person who through a pretense of fraud has seemingly gained control of world government, world religion, and the world economy. She is also a murderer in that she kills the natural born persons who follow Jesus Christ as their King.
What's in a name? Black's Law Dictionary, Revised Fourth Edition, page 1174, defines "Name" as, "The designation of an individual person or of a firm or corporation ---A person's 'name' consists of one or more Christian or given names or one surname or family name." Black's Law Dictionary also defines a "Person"--- "Person's are of two kinds, natural and artificial. A natural person is a human being. Artificial persons include a collection or succession of natural persons forming a corporation ---- It has been held that when the word person is used in a legislative act, natural persons will be intended unless something appears in the context to show that it applies to artificial persons. (page 1300) Black's Law Dictionary also describes a "Fictitious Name"--- "A counterfeit, feigned, or pretended name taken by a person, differing in some essential particular from his true name consisting of a Christian name and patronymite---" (page 751) Since your Christian name as a natural person is written in upper and lower case letters (John Doe),it follows by law (above) that the context of your name would have to appear in another form in order for it to not be you, but rather be an artificial person that has taken over your life. This is why the fraudulent government state of Mystery Babylon calls you by your ALL CAPITAL NAME, your artificial name, your pretended name. It had to create a legal fiction name and some how attach it to you in order to have jurisdiction over your body and mind. That legal fiction is JOHN DOE, a creation of Mystery Babylon, who has no God given rights, but is subject to the regulations of "his" new master and maker--- the atheist state. The legal fiction name of the state is attached to you by two methods ---your state birth certificate and your social security account. Since you were born by a natural birth from your mother with natural God given rights, but were immediately handed over to the state for adoption by your parents through the birth certificate new name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (YOUR COURT AUTHORIZED NAME OF MYSTERY BABYLON) you in effect had two births. One is when you were born from your flesh and blood mother, and one when the state shortly thereafter created YOU. This state birthed YOU is an offspring of Mystery Babylon and as such is a little whore just like her mother, and is an abomination before Yahweh God Almighty. Remember the Scriptural depiction of Mystery Babylon: "And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH." (Rev.17:5) This little whore attached to your natural person (who for most people has been shut away in darkness) roams about the Earth committing all manner of spiritual, economic, and un-lawful fornications from cradle to grave, usually without knowing it. In fact, as soon as the infant is born from the natural mother, the rest of the little whores who are now grown up, call the newly created state creature, a "BABY" after the last name of MOTHER "BABY"-LON. Baby-lon means "confusion". (see Strong's Greek Ref. # 897). It is the intent of Mystery Babylon to confuse all of her growing "Babies" so that they lose their identity as a natural person born of Yahweh's nature, and also to be confused as to what the liberty of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is really all about. When the little "BABY" is all grown up, it becomes an "ADULT" instead of a full grown Man or Woman as in Genesis 2:23. The fictitious label of "ADULT" is appropriate however, since the word "ADULTERATE" means "to mix, to make impure by adding an inferior substance". Since the Babylonian state person is a result of adding a false person to a real natural person, the result is correctly deemed to be an "ADULT" (adulteration) and an abomination before Yahweh God Almighty. Being trained in the state atheist school, the little baby whore grows to hate the truth and words of Jesus Christ. It has been nurtured into the acceptance of drugs, pornography, sodomy, race mixing, Baal church worship, and a lust for the false money system of it's mother state. ( a money system, by the way, grown wealthy by creating wars for the nations, financing both sides of the conflicts, and reaping massively huge profits from the interest it charges to finance both sides of the war efforts). The growing little whore will not disobey "mom" as Mother Babylon is a brutal parent, punishing without mercy all her children who think to glance at the true liberty of Christian government. Therefore the little whore who is attached to you, out of fear its entire life, seeks state permission from "mom" for every aspect of living. It must be educated away from the home of the natural mother and father in the public state school, but first be submitted to bodily injections with all manner of organ damaging poisons called vaccinations. Upon indoctrination and graduation, the little whore attached to the real you, asks the state for permission to travel, and pays for travelling papers called "a driver's license". Then it asks permission to marry another little whore by purchasing a state license to marry, with the marriage ceremony being performed by a state licensed abominable person who will put the couple's desires on a state license, creating another offshoot regulated corporation called the state marriage union. This marriage union will almost always go to a banking center established under the authority of the fictitious credit money system, and beg to go into heavy debt so they may register a dwelling in which to live. If the state married couple wants a dog, they must go to "mom" to get a license to have the pet. If they want to build something on the house property they must go to "mom" to get permission by purchasing a license to do so. "Mom" taxes her babies (the state taxing its subjects) to fund more of the same godless agenda, and those taxes do not stop for the little whore from January through June 2nd (as of 2003). Yes, "mom's" babies all pay an average total amount of five complete months of their work hours for government taxes, then they may have the rest, but that's not figuring the interest charges from banking in the private sector. Incidentally, MOTHER BABYLON tells her offspring that the God of the Bible, Jesus Christ, is stern, cruel, no fun, and too demanding to follow, even though God's laws only call for only a total of 10% on income to fund the government efficiently at all levels. Mystery Babylon teaches her babies that the Bible is outdated with all manner of rules and "thou shalt not's" which would make life miserable if followed because there are just TOO MANY RULES OF GOD. But the truth is that Yahweh God Almighty has only about 650 basic laws for society that if obeyed produces peace, excellent health, security, loving families, and a strong country. Contrary to these very reasonable and pleasurable Divine Laws, all one has to do to see how many regulations Mystery Babylon holds over her subjects is to walk into a law library and count the shelves of literally thousands of books with TENS OF THOUSANDS OF STATUTES ENFORCED BY SECULAR MYSTERY BABYLON! What's more is that all those things the baby-lon artificial person must beg permission to do and pay license fees for, God Our Father says are natural rights that a person may freely do with no charge at all in His Kingdom government. It goes without saying that not only is MOTHER BABYLON cruel, unfair, and a murderer of those wanting to be natural persons, ---- above all she is a liar who keeps her own children drunk with her lies so that they will never escape their fate! "With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication." (Rev.17:2) Federal or National Government? Though we all speak of America as a "nation", that term has been too loosely used without defining the lawful meaning of that word as it applies to our country. Everyone is guilty of referring to America as a nation simply in the same way most people call any brand of facial tissue a "Kleenex". In every day conversation there is no harm in doing so, but for our purposes in unraveling what went wrong with government, we must be more precise in terminology when trying to gain an understanding of what form of government our country was intended to be, and in fact what it was actually established as, at the beginning of our Union. The heading sentence of the American Declaration of Independence of 1776 reads: "The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America". Please carefully note that the word "united" is not capitalized, but States of America is capitalized. By law, it was simply "the States united". At the time of the writing of the Declaration there was no United States. In the last paragraph of that document we read, "... the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States". (underline added) The people of the American colonies knew that they were free born into Rights given from God and for that reason their colonial union was an association of Independent States, run locally by natural born persons. Upon winning the War of Independence, Congress assembled to spell out the terms of that union in a contract called "The Articles of Confederation and perpetual Union". Article One stated, "The stile of this confederacy shall be "The United States of America." (Note now the use of the term United States of America) A federation was formed for friendly security among the Independent States with the State governments themselves having only delegated powers to be servants of the natural born people. Under this contract for the federation now called The United States of America, Article Two stated, "Each State retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence ---". Next, Article Three explained the reason for this federation called The United States of America, "The said States hereby severally enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defense, the security of their liberties, and their mutual and general welfare ---" The name "United States of America" (upper and lower case letters) was the proper Christian English spelling of the federation formed between the Independent States of the then Christian population. Technically, at law the new union of the United States of America was not a nation over the States, and the people did not want a superior nation over the States. Law stipulates a difference between a federal government and a national government. By original American law each State is of its own accord a national government, ruling within its own jurisdiction. If the States absolved themselves of their sovereign power and created a union where a central government ruled over all the States as one collective body --- that would be a national government superimposed over the States. A federal government is a federation of States that are independent of each other in power, but join in a compact to agree on certain mutual benefits where they help each other. (see Black's Law Dictionary, 4th ed. pg. 1176). The United States of America was forever to remain a federation of Independent States run by natural born persons, such persons delegated from the States creating a federal government to act as a board of consensus to air out agreements. This is true both of the union under the Articles and the union under the Constitution. Today the Federal government of Washington D.C. has assumed the power of a national government, thus changing the intent of the United States Constitution. Many who criticize the U.S. Constitution as the source of our central government woes have not grasped this difference between Federal and National. Although we have become a nation known as the United States of America, the Constitution never did allow for it. The idea that "we were OK under the Articles" but "gave our rights away" under the Constitution is erroneous. The Constitution did not form another government different from the one organized by the Article of Confederation. The Constitution was merely an extension of the organic law intent of those Articles. The preamble of the Constitution says in part, "We the People of the United States of America, in Order to form a more perfect Union ---- do ordain and establish this Constitution." (underline added) Not a separate or different Union, but a more perfect Union. More perfect from what? More perfect from the Union already in existence under the Articles of Confederation, which itself was an expansion of the Christian law of the several Colonies. To insure that this was the case, Article VI of the U.S. Constitution states clearly, "All debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation." (underline added) What prior engagements? The engagements of Christian law entered into between the Colonies as separate States that form the background of organic law upon which this country was founded. Therefore, Article VI of the U.S. Constitution incorporates into the Union all of the previous Christian law of the colonies which preceded the Constitution's ratification in 1789. Amendments IX and X clarify that it is the Independent States and the natural people governing those States who retain Rights (Divine in nature) and Powers. The necessity for the Constitution (1787 - 1789) arose from the fact that the people saw that there were certain needs of cooperation between the States which the Articles of Confederation (1776) were shortsighted on (such as a more uniform money system, well maintained post office, patent protection for inventors, inter state roads, inter state commerce, etc.) so they expanded their agreements with some new considerations under the Constitution. Even though Congress decided it would be more expedient to write a new document (the Constitution), instead of inserting all manner of amended paragraphs into the Articles of Confederation, they were very careful to not absolve the federal form of government already in existence, nor create an agency of a national government over the states which would be all powerful. The heated debate over the Constitution, and the fears that many had of it in those debates, was not over fear of a federal government, but that the new Constitution would replace the already existent federation of States with a contract for a national government. The Constitution was accepted by the majority of representatives because they saw that it did not contract for a national government. However, the fears of the critics of the Constitution have proved to be well founded, not that the document in itself is "evil", but rather abuses of it and insertion of nationalistic amendments have turned it into something never meant to be --- an excuse to advance a powerful central national government oblivious to the natural rights of the sovereign Independent States (the people). Originally, the United States Constitution with its Bill of Rights (10 Amendments) was a noble document that served us well for a short period of time, until additional amendments beyond the first 10 began to be added. The Amendment process was intended to "fix" any oversight of that document's original intent of providing a way to protect the sovereignty of the States and the God given rights of the natural born people. "Future"amendments to the Constitution were for the purpose of bringing the federation more into alignment with Nature's God and righteous government, not to distance the government from The Almighty's laws. However, the amendment process took a turn for the worse and began destroying the original intent of the federation, making a powerful central national government over the States through Washington D.C. As the decades past, the national scope of Washington D.C. became more and more anti Bible, and more and more usurping in jurisdictional considerations. It no longer saw itself as a moderator of a federation of sovereign States, which it was supposed to be, but saw itself as a ruler over the States which created it. We won't bother with the endless details of the political evolution that took place, but before too long Washington D.C. underwent a major face lift and identity change. It went from being given the name the "United States of America" (first in Philadelphia) by the Articles of Confederation, to taking upon itself the fictitious legal name which it now uses to enforce its regulations over the States--- the "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS) While the people slept, Washington D.C. had fornicated with the world hidden government MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT WHORE. The States had created a humble servant with very limited power in federal Washington D.C., but it has now turned into a national Frankenstein monster out of control.
