God's Kingdom is not Heaven ! Most Christians have prayed the words "Thy Kingdom Come" from the Our Father prayer. But nearly all have been misled to believe that God's Kingdom is Heaven when in fact the Bible is clear that the Biblical Kingdom of prophecy was to be a nation that would arrive on Earth in the latter days. What is the basic reason for this confusion? Simply put, the churches each in promoting their religion, have "spiritualized" the Kingdom as an undefined place beyond the "cosmos" where one will wind up after death if they just stay in the church. The truth is that the Bible says nothing about church and religion as we see it today. The Bible is a book of God's laws for His people as families and nations ... and that is government, not religion. Let's begin an in-depth study from the Scriptures that will lay to rest once and for all the false church doctrine that God's Kingdom is Heaven.
Let's begin this Bible study by asking a hypothetical question. Would you be upset, if somebody came along one day, and revealed a secret, by which you learned that a horrible trick had been played upon you since childhood, and most of the things which you thought were true, were in fact, completely opposite to what is real. For instance, what if you were trained from birth to believe that a fork was called a spoon, a dog was a cat, a tree was a stone, and other intentional vocabulary tricks, which when you grew up, made life impossible for you to cope with? The vast majority of us, would find such a gross prank extremely disturbing to say the least. Let's ask yet another question. But instead of it applying to our everyday life, let's apply it to our spiritual life. If the question was put to you, "Where is God's Kingdom?" ... what would your immediate answer be? If your understanding is like most people, you've probably just answered to yourself, that God's Kingdom is a spiritual kingdom called Heaven. It's perfectly understandable to arrive at that answer, considering what all of us have been taught by the churches in America. Unfortunately, that being the case, the proverbial "fork" has just been called a "spoon". The effects of misunderstanding the definition of God's Kingdom, reaches to the very core of our national and family well being (or problems). What if you were to discover, that the Bible has NEVER taught, that God's Kingdom is heaven? To support that statement, we're going to find out today, directly from the Bible, that God's Kingdom is something other than the invisible spiritual kingdom promoted by the churches. Proverbs 4:7 tells us "With all thy getting ...get understanding." Jesus Christ said in Matthew 6:33, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness." Before we go about claiming to be representatives of the divine King, it only makes sense that we have an accurate understanding of precisely what His Kingdom is. Anything less would surely constitute misrepresentation and is a crime even within the laws of man.... how much more serious an offense if we misrepresent the King of Kings? As taught by denominational theology, it has been assumed from the beginning days of our Sunday school years, that God's Kingdom is a spiritual invisible kingdom, somewhere beyond the reaches of outer space, and that when we die our reward is that we go to be with God in heaven for eternity. But let's see what the Bible says about man's reward for those who hold to the faith of Christ Jesus (Yahshua the Holy One of Israel.) Let's turn over to the 21st chapter of the book of Revelation. We're not going to decipher the symbolism here, as it's not relevant to our search. However we are going to find out who is going where, when this age is over. Rev.21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God."
The apostle John records here that our reward at the end of the age is that God Almighty is coming down out of heaven to the Earth to dwell with men, .....yet the churches teach that we are all going to the astral realm to be forever with our Father in heaven (supposedly His Kingdom.) Either the Bible is backwards or what the preachers are saying is backwards ... they can't both be correct. The two simply don't agree. What we're going to find out from the Bible is that the Kingdom of God is not an invisible spiritual kingdom at all, .... but is an Earthly government that would arise as a nation, during what the Bible calls "The Last days". The Kingdom of The Almighty is a physical Earthly national Kingdom, which the Bible says shall rescue the earth from the failures of man's kingdoms, which have brought about almost immeasurable troubles and a history of wars for the people. We will also learn that this prophesied "Kingdom nation of God" would come under attack by heathen antichrist forces (from within and without) which would almost destroy the nation, before it fulfills its destiny as becoming God's throne over the entire Earth. The spiritualizers of God's Kingdom have taken one or two verses out of context, based upon mistranslations, and have made theological doctrines from them. And by doing so, they are training Christians to deny the true and national kingdom of our Redeemer in the Earth as promised in the Bible. There has been little understanding about this subject because most sermons are taught from a predisposed position that God's Kingdom is heaven. The Bible reveals that the doctrine of a "spiritual kingdom of heaven", is a doctrine based on an absurdity , just as we mentioned earlier that teaching somebody from a young age that a dog is a cat, etc. would cause massive confusion at some point in the person's life. But of course, the prophet Isaiah told us in chapter 30 verse 10, that most of the people actually want it this way, because then they can then go to church, hear what they want to hear and not be accountable to obey the laws of Yahweh God for the nation, as He commands. Isaiah 30:8 "Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever: (our 21st century) 9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the Yahweh: 10 Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits" The church "Christians" of America have set up corporate priesthoods that are in the state licensed business of tickling the people's ears with "smooth things" as Yahweh God tells us in the book of Isaiah. The emergence of Protestant "Born Again Christianity" (a terrible misinterpretation of John 3:3) is based on the false doctrine of "a spiritual Kingdom" . The same goes for the entire Roman Catholic business of selling indulgences to secure a future home in Heaven for parishioners. Most American Christians fall into one of these two teachings and both schools of theology have nothing to do with instructing the people in obedience to God's laws. (Of the four facets of law in the Scriptures: judgments, statutes, commandments, ordinances; only the ordinances, that is, the altar ceremony sacrifices, were done away with by the New Testament. All the other divine governmental laws for the family and nation are still in effect) Ecclesiastes 12:13 tells us, "Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man." It's easy for a person to say, "Well I'm a Christian, I've accepted Christ", and never obey His words of John 14:15 when He plainly told us "If you love me keep my commandments." Nor have today's Christians heeded the words of the Apostle Paul when Paul explained in Romans 3:31 "Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law." Indeed, salvation into eternity is only by the blood of Christ on the cross without works on our part, but the blessings and curses for the nation and our families still follow the law, the Bible repeatedly telling us this from Genesis through Revelation. So before we cite the primary misquoted Scripture verses used by the "spirit kingdom" theologians (to supposedly prove that God's Kingdom is heaven), let's see what Jesus Christ Himself says about the Kingdom. After all, the Bible says that He's the one who is going to reign over God's Kingdom, so Jesus, Yahshua the Christ, should be able to give us a precise definition of what that Kingdom is. Turning in our Bible to Matthew 21, let's read from verse 42. It's a dialog between the Edomite Jewish Pharisees and our Savior. Jerusalem, historically, was the capital of God's nation for His people, but by the time Christ arrived, the non Israel Edomites from an alien land entered Judea and took control of the local government as well as the temple priesthood. These Edomites became known as Judean Pharisees, and soon called themselves Jews. Jewish historical sources themselves readily trace their own heritage to that of unbelieving Judean Edomites, and also to non-Israel Khazars. (see The Pictorial History Of the Jewish People, Crown Publishing Co.NY, pg.129; The Encyclopedia Judaica, vol.10, 1971,pgs.944,945;The Standard Jewish Encyclopedia, Doubleday & Co. 1966, Garden City, NY,pg.593) Therefore the words "Israelites" and "Jews" are not synonymous, this fact being totally ignored by denominational church doctrine, thus confusing the earnest Bible student even more. (Suggested reading on this subject: The Thirteenth Tribe, A. Koestler; Who Is Esau Edom, C. Wiseman) In the time of Christ, Judea and Jerusalem had become corrupt, and there were no Kings from the tribes of Israel or Judah ruling over that land; which land however at one time was the national kingdom for God's people. Judea became a multicultural society, similar to the recent transformation of present America. From verse 42, the words of Christ to the corrupt Judean rulers in Matthew 21 read: "Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Yahweh's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?" Christ is referring to Himself when He refers to the stone that the builders rejected. He is the King of all authority and rulership, but even His own Christian people have a difficult time seeing Him as a King over a national government. Our religious leaders want a baby Jesus in the manger, or something similar, yet the Bible says that He will come to rule the nations with a rod of iron. (Rev.12:5;19:15) The next verse in Matthew 21 reads: 43 Therefore say I unto you, The Kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof."
The very words of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and King, tell us that God's Kingdom is a nation! Precisely how did we go from Christ's own words 2000 years ago, which clearly explain that God's Kingdom would be a nation, to the teaching of the modern churches which say that God's Kingdom is spiritual and in heaven? We might best be able to understand how this has happened if we take note of the warning the Bible gives us concerning those who would be teaching in the name of Christianity during the last days. The Apostle Paul said in the book of 1st Timothy that false doctrine which departs from the faith would be one of the signs of the latter days. As we turn to Matthew chapter 7, we see that Christ is very much concerned about those who teach falsehood in His name. He therefore admonishes Christians to be wary of certain men who claim to be Christian teachers. In verse 15 of Matthew 7 Jesus Christ says, "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." (The Scriptures teach that the sheep are the followers of Christ. Our Savior said in John 10:27, "My sheep hear my voice, I know them, and they follow me.") Let's continue with Matthew 7, verse 16: 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Christ is warning us about what? He is illustrating that we're not going to know the false prophets by how friendly they are, how much they smile or shake our hands, or if they are clean cut and well groomed. Outward appearance and friendly communication is not the test we are to be using in order to determine a false prophet. A minister is to be tested strictly by the fruits of his teaching. So as we continue with verse 21, Christ gives us the qualification for testing that fruit. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Master, Master, shall enter into the Kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Let's note something about this verse which is imperative for us to understand. There's a great deal of difference between the Kingdom OF heaven and heaven itself, the invisible timeless dimension of God Yah Almighty our creator and Father. We just read in Matthew 21 that Jesus Christ said the Kingdom would be a nation. In the book of Revelation we see that Christ is coming again to rule over the Earth from a particular place. (The Mount of Olives and the New Jerusalem have symbolic references to a place other than the old Palestine area in the middle east) The Kingdom divine nation is to be administered by divine laws, which come "down" from God out of heaven. In that respect God's nation can be called the Kingdom OF heaven, as true law comes only from The Creator of all things. But make no mistake about it, the entire Bible reveals this Kingdom will be on the Earth and reign over the world. The Biblical Kingdom of heaven, is not heaven itself.
Continuing with verse 22 "Many will say to me in that day, Master,Master, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity......"
The term "to cast out devils" was a New testament idiom meaning "to heal the sick." Here in verse 22 Christ reveals that many people will claim to be Christians, and even do wonderful works in His name (not terrible work). They would be doing apparently good things, such as humanitarian causes ... yet He will say to them "I never knew you, depart from me, you that work iniquity." The test for the fruit that our Saviour is seeking in exposing false prophets is to be found in the word "iniquity" in verse 22 above. In the 1st century manuscripts the Greek word for "iniquity" here is "onomia". If you have a Strong's Concordance, you can look that word up at reference # 458 in the Greek dictionary. You'll discover that "iniquity/onomia" literally means, "a violation or transgression of the law". The Rotherham Version Bible translates that verse literally as ..."Depart from me , ye workers of lawlessness." When Christ tells us that we can tell the false prophets by their "fruit", He explains this fruit is nothing less than a teaching without God's law, or against God's law. Such is "iniquity". Iniquity is lawlessness, a spurious doctrine that does away with the judgments, statutes, and commandments of Yahweh God as found in the Bible. Christ said this teaching would come from wolves in sheep's clothing. In other words, it would come from supposed Christian clergy, who refuse to teach God's laws! Do we have any people today, standing in the pulpits, who teach their congregations that Jesus has done away with God's laws by the New testament, and that you don't have to read or follow those laws anymore? If you find those people, you have found the false prophets according to the test of "iniquity" given to us by Jesus Christ Himself. Most of today's churches teach that Christianity is now "lawless", that Jesus has nailed all the law to the cross, and that Bible law does not apply to our nation any longer. If you don't believe me, ask a church minister if Jesus Christ has done away with the law, and see what he tells you. In a nutshell, our Savior said in Matthew 7 verse 15 (read above) told us to beware of those who come to you in His name, but won't teach God's laws". American atheist liberalism is fast usurping traditional American values that were once based upon the Christian Bible because Christians won't stand up for Bible law. Instead of finding support for God's laws of capital punishment for murder or other extreme crimes, many Christians protest the death penalty as being unwarranted. Instead of teaching Bible law that forbids an interest bearing money system in the land (which God Almighty says will destroy a nation by unpayable debts) the majority of Christian doctrine keeps the people ignorant of God's laws for an honest interest free money system. People are packed into the hospitals from diseases caused by not obeying what our Heavenly Father has told us about His dietary laws for a healthy nation. Yet churches teach the people, that its fine to eat everything, including pork and other unclean animals that were created to be the scavengers on the Earth. Christian leaders are bringing all manner of woes upon America by telling the people its ok to ignore the laws of our heavenly Father, and then they instruct the people to whitewash an ailing society by working any number of humanitarian causes. Jesus says to them, "depart from me, you who work iniquity, you who won't teach God's laws to the nation." Furthermore it's the same theological teachers of lawlessness, who are also teaching that God's Kingdom is spiritual, by which they mean that God's Kingdom has nothing to do with government, that it has nothing to do with God's laws, and that it has nothing to do with a nation .... even though Jesus Christ told ancient Jerusalem, "the Kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits thereof." It has been by false doctrine that most Christians now believe that God's Kingdom is only a spiritual Kingdom having nothing to do with our present lives, or our nation of America. Brothers and sisters, nothing is more dangerous to our freedoms than to be fooled into throwing away the laws which Yahweh God has given us for national government. Let's make something clear about the position of "Law vs. Grace". Yes, only by faithfully trusting what Christ did for us on the cross that we have eternal salvation. Living by God's laws do not secure our personal salvation unto eternal life. But the blessings and curses for the nation still follow the divine law. (I.E., Stick your finger in an electric socket and you will still get shocked by a law of nature made by God.... allow an interested debt money system in your land as we presently have with the Federal Reserve system and the nation will eventually collapse, because this too is a violation of divine law). America was established as a Christian nation under the banner of liberty in 1776, and we had a government based upon the general precepts of the divine laws of the Scriptures. The Patriot's rally for the War of Independence was "No King but Jesus"! In 1787 our founding fathers wrote a contract for the states called the Constitution for the United States of America, and contrary to those who are today trying to paint it in a bad light, that original Constitution with the Bill of Rights, was a protection of our God given inalienable liberties and freedoms. A few things could have been stated more clearly in the Constitution that would have saved us trouble today where liberal humanists "interpret" unlawfulness into its meaning, but by and large as originally intended and enforced, the orinial Constituion of 1787 had served us well until the "Civil War" when it was then usurped by a new corporate Washington DC administration. A diligent reading of the historical background of that document shows that it was a document of agreements between the Christians of the various states to have a federal league of friendship, but to remain separate sovereign states all under the laws of God Almighty. The first union of the States was the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union. The subsequent United States Constitution did not do away with the fundamental law of the Confederation as the heathen Bar Associations tell us; but rather incorporated the precepts of the Confederation into the Constitution as cited in Article Six: " All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United Sates under this Constitution, as under the confederation." (Art.VI, U.S. Const.) The various "engagements entered into, before the adoption of the Constitution" includes all of the declarations of rights, fundamental law of the colonies, and organic documents, which history proves were particularly Christian Law rooted in the Bible. By stipulation of Article Six (plus the Preamble and Amendments 9 & 10), all of the cherished Divine Law was brought into the primary format of the U.S. Constitution.
America was meant to forever be a Christian nation, however the world system hates our divine King, as Christ told us in John 15:18. And they hate the laws of our King. The secular world order wants America to dissolve it's Christian lawful background, and become a part of the new communal world system, which is based upon the laws of man, and not upon the laws of God. The laws of mortal sinful man have always led to tyranny and oppression, yet we have politicians by the thousands who want us to become a part of the world international Godless system. Worse than that, we have clergy by the tens of thousands who have neutralized America by refusing to teach God's laws to the people. The politicians only get a chance to lie to the people every four years, saying anything to get elected, but the clergy deceive the people 52 times a year every Sunday, as they repeat the lie in the pulpit that Jesus Christ has done away with God's laws for the nation, and all you have to do now is chose Jesus, and don't smoke or drink. That is not Christianity, that is destruction ..... and it is taught by those who insist that God's Kingdom is spiritual. Before we lose our entire country to utter chaos, Christians need to come into the Bible understanding of what the divine Kingdom actually is. That Kingdom is the administration, rule, and government of God's laws in the here and now, for the purpose of having an orderly, prosperous, and safe nation in which to live. Now some people would say, "Well, everything seems fine to me, and we have the best country in the world". And that's true, but it's an American duty to make sure it stays that way. For nearly the first hundred years of our nation we followed many of God's laws and we were blessed beyond belief because of it. Now we are losing our freedoms on a yearly, and even monthly basis. Socialism in government is stripping us of our liberty, as government wants more and more control over our private lives. Christian Kingdom law teaches that a man must learn to be accountable for his actions, learn to provide for himself and his family, and reap the fruits of his labors by owning private property. Socialism declares that the State is the king over your life, and that you must let the government take care of you from cradle to grave, whether you like it or not. Socialism enforces man made benefits upon the people at the end of a rifle barrel. The fact that God's people have been mislead as to what the Kingdom is has played an instrumental part as to why America is progressively becoming a socialist multicultural village instead of remaining a Christian Constitutional Republic by law. Spiritualizers of the Kingdom basically cite two Bible verses in order to promote their theory that "the Kingdom is heaven". One verse is Luke 17:21 where they quote Jesus as saying "The Kingdom of God is within you"; and the other verse is John 18:36 where Jesus tells Pilate, "My Kingdom is not of this world." Let's take a look at both of these isolated verses in view of the rest of the Bible. Let's turn first to chapter 17 in the book of Luke. Jesus is speaking to the Jewish Pharisees, and we read verses 20 & 21: 20 And when He was demanded of the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God should come, He answered them and said, The Kingdom of God cometh not with observation: (that is, we wouldn't realize it) 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the Kingdom of God is within you."
From that verse it has been claimed that God's Kingdom is just some sort of a mental/emotional state, such as happiness or inner peace. Yet the Bible teaches that the Kingdom is a physical government. The Old Testament prophets taught that the Kingdom was national, the disciples and apostles expected a restoration of the literal Kingdom nation when Christ arrived, and in Revelation 19:15 it says that Jesus Christ will rule the nations, and that His title is King of Kings. What, then, do we have in Luke 17 verse 21, where Christ refers to the Kingdom of God as being "within you"? This peculiar verse is quite easy to understand in about two minutes, by simply looking at the original Greek text (as the N.T. was written in the 1st century.) If you have an older King James Version Bible look at the center column reference note on this verse, or if you go to the library and locate an Interlinear Greek Reference Bible, take a look at the literal translation directly from Greek and you'll see that the word "within" in this verse is the Greek word "entos" and it means "among" or "in the midst of". Christ was telling the Pharisees that the Kingdom of God was among them, referring to Himself. He is the King. The Pharisees had no ability to comprehend the Kingdom of God, and they couldn't even recognize the King when He stood right in the midst of them. John the Baptist told these Jewish religious leaders the exact same thing. In John 1:26, John the Baptist was referring to Christ, and told the Pharisees, "There stands one among you whom ye know not." It was these same Pharisee rulers who Christ denounced 8 times in the 23rd chapter of Matthew as being religious hypocrites, and told them in verse 28, "Outwardly you appear righteous unto men, but within you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity". Our Savior is hardly going to contradict Himself in His rebuke of these same Pharisees by telling them that the Kingdom of God was within them, when He said that it wasn't! Christ exposed the Pharisees for what they REALLY had inside them.... spiritual blindness, uncleaness, extortion, and murder! He said exactly what is written in the original Bible text. The literal Kingdom of God itself is not in anybody's heart. It is what and where the Bible says it is. The Kingdom is an administration of Yahweh's divine laws for His people as a nation. Granted, an understanding of the laws and a kind Christian disposition can be in your heart, but the Bible Kingdom of God is a physical kingdom, and our Redeemer is the manifested King of Kings.
Let's go to Luke 13, as we begin in verse 24. Here, again, we read the words of Jesus Christ, and He says, 24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. 25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Master,Master, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: 26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. 27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. 28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the Kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. 29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the Kingdom of God.
Why have Christians not realized what Christ is telling us here? He is saying that a time will come when the faithful who have lived will come and sit down in God's Kingdom. This is our promise in the day of resurrection to come. Perhaps those who teach a spiritual invisible kingdom, would like to explain how Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets, plus people from the east, west, north, and south, are going to sit down in somebody's heart, if the Kingdom of God is "within you"? What the churches teach concerning God's Kingdom makes no sense. In Exodus 19:6 Yahweh God told His people that he would make them a "Kingdom of priests and a holy nation". The focus of the Bible from both the Old and New Testament books is that of a national Earthly Kingdom. God willing, as time goes on hopefully more and more of our Christian brothers and sisters will be awakened to the Bible truth about Christ's gospel of His Kingdom, namely .... the laws of God Almighty for our nation, and starting right in the livingrooms of our familes. At one time early America obeyed many of these good standards for government and family found in the Bible, but we've gotten away from them over the past 75 years.
The second popular scripture lifted out of Bible context and used to promote the doctrine of a spiritual Kingdom of God, is that mentioned in John chapter 18, verse 36. So let's examine that in the original Greek text and see if it says anything about God's Kingdom being heaven. Here in John 18 we have Jesus being brought before Pilate in the judgment hall. Let's read from verse 33
33 "Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews?....." Let's notice how Christ answered him. Christ never said that He was King of the Jews, and there's much error being taught on that subject as well.
35 "Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? 36 Jesus answered, My Kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my Kingdom not from hence."
Is Jesus Christ refuting the rest of the Bible and His own words, by implying here that the Kingdom will not take place on the Earth. Absolutely not! The English word for "world" in this verse is the Greek word "Cosmos". You can reference it at Strong's Concordance # 2889 in the Greek dictionary. Cosmos means "world order", "world system", or "world arrangement". The various governments of the world order are all based on the rule of "might makes right". This is the rule of the carnal man, set forth by the "cosmos" , or the world order system, as the original text refers to it. The laws of Yahweh God for His people as nations operate in accord with established natural rights given to us by our Maker. No matter how many times it is forced upon any nation in history, man's law always brings about tyranny and chaos, while God's laws as given to Moses and upheld in the Kingdom gospel of Christ always leads to liberty and true justice. Those who ruled in Judea in the time of Christ were the Edomite Jews and the Romans. Both those administrations were established on wicked governments of the world system or world order, the "cosmos" as Christ used the word here in John 18. Jesus full well knew that He is going to establish a righteous Kingdom on Earth, and He told Pilate in this verse that His Kingdom is not of the "world order". And He could not have stated it more perfectly. God's Kingdom comes from a higher order of righteous laws. The Bible says that Yahshua our Savior has a two fold purpose. First, He came first to deal with the problem we were having with sin. He destroyed the sins of Adam's entire family on the bloody cross of calvary, in order to conquer sin's penalty of permanent death which penalty was against us. At His second coming Christ will complete the national Kingdom in the Earth and destroy the evil governments of man's world order. However all this will be done in God's time. Christ's purpose in the days of Herod and Pilate was to go to the cross for our sins. Therefore He rightfully told Pilate, "My Kingdom is not of this world order". It wasn't His time to take the throne. His Kingdom would arise later according to Bible promise. 750 years before our Savior was born in Bethlehem, the prophet Isaiah predicted His birth, and told us about Christ's ultimate purpose in coming to establish a government of His Kingdom. Let's go to the book of Isaiah chapter nine and see what it says in verses 6 & 7 about the prophecy of Christ who was yet to come: Isaiah 9 verse 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon His kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Yahweh of hosts will perform this.
Isaiah, as well as the other prophets, make it clear, that our Savior and Redeemer will rule over a government and that government is called His Kingdom. It's a message that is repeated over and over again in the Bible, yet sadly, Christians have no idea where God's Kingdom is or what it is. While they're waiting to float up through the clouds, the application of the real Kingdom is slipping right through their hands. Let's go back to the New Testament once again, because the New testament supports what Isaiah just told us. Near the time of the birth of Jesus, Yahweh God sent a messenger to Mary, and that messenger told her of a certain promise concerning the Kingdom of God. Let's follow along together in our Bibles as we read this account in the first chapter of Luke. Let's begin in verse 26.
26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, 27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. 28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Yahweh is with thee: blessed art thou among women. 29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. 30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and Yahweh God shall give unto Him the throne of His father David: 33 And He shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of His kingdom there shall be no end.
Gabriel tells Mary that Jesus will rule upon David's throne, that He will reign over the House of Jacob, and of His Kingdom there will be no end. Where exactly was David's throne .... the Kingdom the Bible teaches will to be given to Jesus? David's throne was over an earthly Kingdom of national Israel. And this is the same Kingdom of God that Isaiah called a government to be ruled by the coming Messiah. The Bible give us a promise here in Luke, and that promise is that Jesus (Yahshua the Christ) will receive David's throne, that is, David's earthly Kingdom over Israel. Now remember , we're not talking of a Jewish kingdom here. The Jewish kingdom is that of Edom/Esau as mentioned in the book of Obadiah. Christ rules over the family of Jacob/Israel... the same family line over which David ruled. And since Mary received a divine message discussing David's reign over Israel, the Kingdom that will be given in majesty to Christ, ... it would probably be best to go back to the Old Scriptures and get some insight as to what David himself also said about all of this. Going back to 1st Chronicals chapter 28 we come to the time when King David was passing the reign of the Kingdom down to his son Solomon. Verse two of 1st Chronicals 28 reads,
2 Then David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my people: As for me, I had in mine heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, and for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building: 3 But God said unto me, Thou shalt not build an house for my name, because thou hast been a man of war, and hast shed blood. 4 Howbeit Yahweh God of Israel chose me before all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever: for he hath chosen Judah to be the ruler; and of the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he liked me to make me king over all Israel: 5 And of all my sons, (for Yahweh hath given me many sons,) he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the Kingdom of Yahweh (God) over Israel. What does David tell us about the Kingdom of God? David says that he was chosen by Yahweh God to rule over national Israel as King. And that He was giving this throne to Solomon his son. David's throne was on the earth. It was never in heaven or in a supposed imaginary heart. And we just read Luke 1, verses 32 & 33, where Gabriel told Mary that Jesus Christ would be given the throne of David, and rule over God's Kingdom. That Kingdom is on the Earth. This Kingdom was set up in the days of Moses as a nation following God's laws. Those laws are the same laws established by God Almighty which our American Christian forefathers recognized when they said in the Declaration of Independence "that we are endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights." In other words, America was established upon God's Kingdom standards for His believing people. President Andrew Jackson said "The Bible is the rock, upon which our Republic rests". All of our nation's early laws, charters, and constitutions stated that government was a servant, who's only purpose was to protect our God given rights. It's by Yahweh's perfect system of rulership that our Messiah is going to save His people from the tyranny of corrupt and evil governments of men (Yes America this includes democracy which is mob rule leading us head long into Marxism. Communism is not dead. It has just been renamed today by the title of "multicutural world democracy". But praise Yahweh Almighty, the Bible tells us that Christ's enforcement of God's Kingdom will happen right here on the Earth, and not far off in a spiritual kingdom of some invisible dimension.
Earlier we briefly touched on the specific phrase "the Kingdom of heaven" and discovered how the Bible maintains that the Kingdom OF heaven is not heaven itself. The Kingdom government in the Earth operates according to divine law, which is given to us by our Heavenly Father. It comes from out of heaven, and in that respect we can say that it is a "heavenly Kingdom". Yet even though God Almighty gives us a Kingdom, in order to teach us to value what He has given, He allows something unexpected to happen. Namely, if we don't honor the Kingdom He has given, Our father allows His heavenly Kingdom in the Earth to be invaded by those who hate Jesus Christ, and who wish to never see His Kingdom come into power. This is punishment upon us for not be vigilant in cherishing our divine liberties. We have had this has happened in America during these last days of Bible prophecy. One may ask "how can we say that America is the rebirth of God's national Kingdom when our government is so corrupt and there is so much crime, violence, drug abuse, sodomite perversion, mass abortions, and so on in America"? That is an excellent question, however the point is that God's Kingdom can be attacked by anti Bible evil doers who don't want to live by the blessings of God Almighty. If Christians don't stand up for Bible law, we then run a serious risk of losing our freedoms and liberties given to us by Yahweh God. And since the clergy continually teach the people that we don't have to read or obey God's laws any longer, and that the Kingdom is far away in heaven somewhere, then it follows that there remains little in a Christian's heart to take a stand for their own Kingdom.... everything just falls into the hands of the liberal atheists. Let's turn to Matthew chapter 11 as we read an interesting reminder about violence in God's very own Kingdom of heaven. The words of Jesus Christ in verse 11. 11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the Kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the Kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. Here we have Jesus Himself telling us that in His days there was violence in the Kingdom of heaven, caused by violent people. If this Kingdom of heaven is in the celestial plane beyond the clouds, is the Bible saying in this verse, that some evil people somehow traveled to God's abode in heaven and took the Kingdom from Him by violent force? That would be total nonsense. The Kingdom of heaven which Christ referred to here, was that Judean land area which had at one time been ruled by King David, and other kings of Israel and Judah, ... but had been taken over by Talmudic Jewish rulers and the pagan Roman empire. Additionally, history has repeated itself in our present country. Even though our early American ancestors built America upon Bible law and originally formed a Christian nation, that is "the kingdom (government) of heaven on Earth" .... today, violent anti-God people have entered the land and have taken it by force. That force is the police power of the people being corrupted to enforce all manner of unbiblical socialistic statute law upon our very people. So it is indeed possible according to the Bible to have evil operating in the Kingdom of heaven, that being the nation of Yahweh God Almighty in the Earth. The duty of Christians in America (if they would have known what the Kingdom is) would have been to expose those who hate God, and not permit them to rule over the nation. Instead of having righteous leaders who uphold God's laws in our land, we now have a political den of thieves in government circles who have sold America out to the foreign policy dictates of the international bankers. We are not be become anti-government; rather good government must be upheld while evil government must be exposed. But even though we seem to be steadily travelling down the path of world communalism, we're still the greatest nation on earth, and Yahweh God has no intention of turning our country completely over to the hands of the heathen and to the wicked rule of high minded men. So let's not leave this Bible lesson on a word of discouragement feeling that all is lost, or that all is defeated for Christians in America. With all that appears dark on the horizon, especially considering the rise of the oriental powers, we know that Our Father says that if walk in the light of His Word, we'll see our national salvation, along with our personal Redemption.
Let's read from the Book of Daniel the prophet, because Daniel had great insight into the things pertaining to the Kingdom. The prophet Daniel was a man gifted with the interpretation of dreams and The Almighty showed Daniel certain images in a dream which were symbolic of the history of nations on the Earth. As we read about Daniel's dream in the 7th chapter of that book, we see that the kingdoms of men are likened unto several wild beasts; that being a lion, a bear, a leopard, and a 4th beast with great iron teeth. In studying the time frame and symbols involved, there's much agreement among Bible scholars, that these beasts represented the kingdoms of Babylon, Medo Persia, Greece, and Rome, the great powers that would arise in history from the time of Daniel to the time of Christ. So verses 1 through 14 are heavily laden with symbolism that even Daniel himself had trouble understanding. Then in verse 17, we read that Daniel is told by a messenger of Yahweh that these beast images depict men kingdoms, or governments in the earth. We can pick up this story in verse 15 of Daniel 7, so let's read that together. 15 I Daniel was grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my head troubled me. 16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things. 17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
Most Bible teachers do quite well in teaching that these are powerful men kingdoms down through the ages of history, but then low and behold, because of occult spiritism mixed into the Christian faith, when it comes to God's Kingdom (our Christian Kingdom) all truth breaks down and we're told that the divine Kingdom is merely invisible, it's in your heart, or it's off in heaven. But that's not taught anywhere in the Bible and we note this yet again in the next verse continuing in Daniel 7: 18 But the saints of the Most High shall take the Kingdom, and possess the Kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever. Remember, this is still on the Earth, and we see the saints (a Bible term for Christians) taking rule of the Earth, over the kingdoms of men. Drop down to verse 23 23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. 24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. 25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. (This gets into the changing of Yahweh's laws by Catholicism and its daughter churches of Protestantism, especially the Sabbath and Feast Day laws. Most of this is covered in our Sabbath Lesson packet so we're not going to cover it here) But let's in verse 26 concerning the Kingdom: 26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. 27 And the Kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the Kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him. (note that God's Kingdom is UNDER the whole heaven, not IN HEAVEN)
What we have in Daniel 7 relating to the Kingdom of God is the same thing that is consistently repeated in the rest of the Bible; precisely that God's Kingdom is a national government that would take place at the end of the age to destroy the wicked governments of men. Daniel had a dream interpreted by God Almighty, that tells us exactly what Christ told the Pharisees in Matthew 21:43. Let's recall that Christ told the corrupt rulers of Judea, "The Kingdom of God will be taken from you, and given to a nation bearing the fruits thereof."
In his dream Daniel sees Earthly kingdoms. They are eventually defeated by the heavenly Kingdom of Yahweh Almighty in the Earth. None of Daniel chapter seven takes place anywhere but on Earth, yet church theology switches gears right in the middle of the chapter when it is taught that God's kingdom is a "spiritual kingdom" far away from us in some ethereal celestial plane. Is it any wonder why antichrists, atheist liberals, socialists, and opportunists, easily dominate our national policy, when Christians are content to give the nation away, simply because they are waiting to get into God's so called spiritual kingdom which they've heard so much about from their preachers? Yahweh God Almighty says in Jeremiah 23:1, "Woe to the ministers that destroy and scatter the sheep of my flock." Organized religion has set up dozens and dozens of denominations, scattering God's people and dividing them against themselves, all under the delusion that their church is the way to the spiritual kingdom of God, when the Bible teaches that we are to be united as the body of Christ to build the national Kingdom of Our Father here upon the Earth. It's going to take the return of our Savior and King to dissolve the denominations and their false doctrines, which keep Christians from understanding the purpose of the Kingdom. The written words of Yahweh Almighty give us the promise that the fullness of His Kingdom will happen in North America and not in Old Jerusalem in Palestine. America, and only America, has fulfilled all of the Bible promises describing the divine latter day Kingdom of the Almighty. However, the Bible also foretold that this Kingdom nation was to go through a period where Christ's enemies would try to prevent God's laws from being known in the Earth. We are seeing that happen right now with the struggle we're having in America between true Christians who value God given rights as a sovereign nation, as opposed to the secular humanist movement backed by false Christians that insists America must join the international communal world order. Thank you for your dedication in staying with the lengthy study contained in this lesson. The gospel of the real Kingdom as found in the Holy Scriptures will be a blessing that will open up the Word of Yahweh God Almighty for your personal growth in the Faith. May our Heavenly Father bless you in your Bible studies in seeking out His truth, and telling others about His glorious Kingdom which He has given to us in the Earth, through Christ Yahshua our Kinsman Redeemer. Revelation 5:9,10 V.9 "And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us (scattered Saxon Israel) to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation (where Israel journeyed)." [ see Mat. 15:24; Amos 3:1,2; Ps.147:19,20; Heb.8:8-10] v.10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth." |
