Do you want to meet your legal clone? Part One Background Introduction: Has the intellectualism of man outsmarted itself? The humanist creed boasts "Man will advance in his mental capacity and will eventually create a fair world for everybody, achieving comfortable control over disease, wars, hatred, poverty, etc". In reality however, by trusting in a system void of God's direction men have snared themselves with their own egocentric wisdom. The proof is in the pudding and the state of the world proves that man's system is just not getting the job done. Imagine the feeling of someone setting a trap on some stairs for a suspected burglar (that is: trying to correct a serious domestic problem) --- but instead triggers the trap accidently and winds up being hoisted into the air by the legs upside down with no way to escape. It would be frightening, embarrassing, and life threatening. The Bible gives us some good advice about those who pride themselves of worldly wisdom in attempting to solve drastic problems: "Let no one deceive himself. If any one among you thinks that he is wise in this age, let him become a fool (learn humbleness) that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is folly with God. For it is written, "He catches the wise in their craftiness" (1 Corinthians 3:18,19) If you have heard of the sorrows of Communism, Nazism, Cult indoctrination, MK Ultra, White Slavery, or other similar forms of slavery over people's minds and bodies, brothers and sisters -- "you ain't heard nothin" compared to what is going on in America right now!! If you are a US citizen, you have already been legally cloned on paper and do not even own your name!! The lawful YOU, born with natural rights, has been genocided by the enemies of God Almighty and those who hate God's family. Welcome to the 21st century. Your only "out" after you read this article and discover the truth of your enslavement, is not by ballot box, petition signing, armed revolution, UCC redemption, court proceedings, or claiming your now adulterated Constitutional rights. Your only release from what you are about to learn is by humbling yourself before the King of Kings, Jesus Christ and coming into His Kingdom, then enforcing His New Testament Commonwealth government as prescribed in our American original Constitution based upon prior Saxon Christian Law. Our wonderful God and Maker loves a contrite heart. It is the pillar of character in a person which tells that individual "Hey, maybe, just maybe I should weigh out the matters presented by the God of the Bible to see how my own wisdom stacks up to the one who claims to be the Creator of all there is." "For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones." (Isaiah 57:15) The contrite heart in many instances is born out of hardship, loss, anguish, and life's lessons which cause one to reflect on his/her relationship (or lack of) with The Almighty (who is gaining that person's attention by controlling their circumstances). It is the captives and broken hearted who yearn for liberty to set them free from any number of personal imprisonments. 2000 years ago Yahweh God sent His only begotten Son to teach His people that God has dealt with our sins and has forgiven us of our failures; AND to teach them about His Kingdom government destined to fill the Earth with righteousness and liberty. That person was and is Yahshua/Jesus Christ the Messiah. Among many duties, the Bible records the following duty as well, of the Messiah in His Earthly ministry: "The Spirit of Yahweh GOD is upon me; because Yahweh hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek (humble); He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound". (Isaiah 61:1) "Now Yahweh is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of Yahweh is, there is liberty." (II Corinthians 3:17) Only Christ sending forth The Holy Spirit to quicken the mind and heart can set a person or a nation free. But first one must know he is a slave. Then the slave must cry out to be free. In the scope of the existence of the universe, Jesus Christ is there to help because He was commissioned to help. That's what He does because it is His nature, and He has been given the authority and power from on high to do so. He will help you and all of us, even to the point of dying for us all if He needs to --- and He did!) In olden days when governments and technology were crude, the forms of slavery were also crude and at times cruel. Those methods were also highly visible in that it was obvious who the slaves were in society and who were not slaves. Today with technology, finance, wars, and politics evolving to a high tech level that staggers the imagination, so in equal measure has the form of slavery evolved to meet the circumstance. Americans today are so manipulated in their existence that (unlike even the most unfortunate slaves) Americans do not even know they are slaves, and they will assure you that indeed they live in the "the land of the free and home of the brave". How very little we have all been told about the true nature of our legal status as bondsmen to Mystery Babylon. Mystery Babylon is the political/religious/economic world wide system which hates God Almighty and is mentioned in the book of Revelation 17:1-5. Mystery Babylon runs the world behind the scenes of all nation's governments. It is called a "Mystery" because not one out of hundreds of thousands of people even know this "hidden government" exists! But exists it does and has since before the days of Christ. Mystery Babylon controls the world's wealth and will do anything and everything to maintain it's grip on that wealth. When America was born as a nation (technically a federation), it was the result of Christian Bible believers freeing themselves from the British economic arm of Mystery Babylon. Despite what our children are now being taught in the atheist universities, history is overwhelmed with the fact that America's origin was a Christian experience founded on the freedom of Christ's shed blood empowered to unshackle our chains. Samuel Adams, "Father of the American Revolution", who organized the Boston Tea Party, stated in his pamphlet The Rights of the Colonists circulated in 1772 :"The right to freedom being the gift of the Almighty...The rights of the colonists as Christians...may be best understood by reading and carefully studying the institutions of The Great Law Giver and Head of the Christian Church, which are to be found clearly written and promulgated in the New Testament." History records that on May 16th, 1776 Continental Congress appointed a national day of fasting and prayer for America: "The Congress ---Desirous ---to have people of all ranks and degrees duly impressed with a solemn sense of God's superintending providence, and of their duty, devoutly to rely...on His aid and direction---Do earnestly recommend Friday, the 17th day of May be observed by the colonies as a day of humiliation, fasting, and prayer; that we may, with united hearts, confess and bewailed our manifold sins and transgressions, and, by sincere repentance and amendment of life, appease God's righteous displeasure, and, through the merits and mediation of Jesus Christ, obtain this pardon and forgiveness." http://www.loc.gov/exhibits/religion/rel04.html to see actual exhibit. Until just very recent times, the U.S. Supreme Court, on three different ruling occasions, stated that America is a Christian Nation. The court made that statement because of the volume of evidence brought before it several times. It was a declaration of truth. Historical law reference books are saturated with the original documents of the 1600's-1700's that show the colonial governments and charters to be compacts of, by, and for Christians. This law was continued within the original Constitution signed in 1787, with the Bill of Rights being added four years later. The birth of America in spite of world economic domination by Mystery Babylon, was a result of Christ's words, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32). In just a little over 200 years from our country's birth, Americans today do not know what true liberty or freedom means. The population lives in a zombie like state rising each morning, putting in the 9-5 required hours, paying taxes to maintain Mystery Babylon, and repeating the process all their lives. Americans are allowed certain trinkets to amuse and detract them from their actual slavery such as a house under mortgage, a car for the driveway, and a TV to watch the Super Bowl. But mortgaged real estate and 14th Amendment persons are chattels of Mystery Babylon and must be forfeited to "the system" whenever "the system" deems it necessary. The hardest felt example of this is when Mystery Babylon forces America to give up our young sons to die for contrived foreign wars created by Mystery Babylon for its own financial profit. This economic "altar sacrifice"of human blood must be done at least once each generation. Mystery Babylon thrives on these profits from bloody wars, and citizens of nations are mere dupes thinking that wars are fought for some glorious patriotic reason. Symbolically speaking in figurative language the Bible foretells of Mystery Babylon's eventual end: "And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth." (Rev.18:21,24) Since modern America for the most part has forgotten what Christ really taught about cherishing freedom, and since the preachers have turned the Bible into a joke book of meaningless catch phrases to promote multiculturalism, America has lost true knowledge. Yahweh God Almighty says in Hosea 4:6, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge". Americans ----- your freedom has been destroyed and you are now slaves. Within these few pages is contained the knowledge that your educational system, your churches, and your politicians have not told you. This information is not meant to spread fear or bad news. Our ultimate liberty into true freedom is what will overcome Mystery Babylon, and that victory is being worked out right now by our King Jesus Christ who will not let a single one of His followers be lost.

That remedy is the fall of Mystery Babylon operating within our border due to an eventual attack upon America by Asiatic hordes. If you are part of Christ's remnant you will be safely riding out this storm. If you are not with Christ you will perish along with Mystery Babylon and corporate U.S. government, one of its stooges. That is the remedy promised by Yahweh God Almighty to release America from its bondage. Do not attempt to alter this plan of The Almighty's by claiming to file legal papers in some state government agency docket trying to regain your liberty. You will fail. Pay your bondage debts, if any, which you have signed into, and prepare for Yahweh's hammer of chastisement to fall upon this land. If you are one of the wise among The Elect and a Ram among the sheep, then don't sign into any more bondage debts and get off of the grid as much as you can. His Word has declared that Yahweh is quite sick of the usury system robbing us our work hours, aliens ransacking our land, pagan holiday worship of Christmas, Easter, etc,; killing of millions of children in the wombs, infestation of sodomite queers, a diseased population in misery from violation of His dietary laws, drug use (called sorcery in the Bible), unlawful war waging against weaker nations, on & on. This land will be purged by divine fire. Even if you are not a Bible believer, history repeats itself and America has become fat and depraved. Things are not what they seem, and you are not master of yourself. A High Tech Slavery Scam The Lawful and Legal Implication of stealing someone's Name "A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold." (Proverbs 22:1) How do you spell your name? John Doe? J-o-h-n D-o-e. If so, we can conclude that you have used proper capitalization of the first letter of your first and last name and lower case letters for the remainder. Good for you, because you have passed your basic test in correct English. The Manual on Usage & Style, Eighth Edition, published by the Texas Law Review in 1995, states in Section D, "Capitalization", paragraph D: 1:1: “Always capitalize proper nouns. [Proper nouns], independent of the context in which they are used, refer to specific persons, places, or things (e.g., Dan, Austin, Rolls Royce).” Notice that according to this manual on correct English that "capitalization" means to capitalize the first letter of proper names such as their example of "Dan, Austin, Rolls Royce". Did you know that there is no English grammar book that says that you should ever capitalize each and every letter of your name in regular every day usage of it? Now while you are sitting there reading this ---- pull out your state driver's license and you will see that the state doesn't even use proper common English because your name on that license is JOHN DOE (all caps). But it is proper in another venue altogether. That venue is in legal application and it is called FULL CAPITALIZATION. Please note that when any citizen appears before a court anywhere in this land, whether as the defendant or plaintiff, the name on the court record and filings is in ALL CAPS --- JOHN DOE. Since you are "John Doe" (proper common English, upper and lower case) --- who exactly is "JOHN DOE" (all capital letters)? But you say, "It doesn't matter, I'm not involved in a court case so this doesn't apply to me or anything in my life." But hold on here! Take a look at your Social Security card name. JOHN DOE all caps. Look at a tax return form label addressed to you from the State. JOHN DOE all caps. Then look at a credit card of yours with which you purchase goods. JOHN DOE all caps. Now go fetch a utility bill if sent from a Public Utility Company. JOHN DOE all caps. Your corporate state court name, whether you are involved in a court case or not, has been intentionally attached to you by "the powers that be" and they will not let you live as "John Doe", the person who came forth naturally from your mother's womb. In fact, even though your parents wanted to name you "John Doe",the state immediately designated you by your court name "JOHN DOE" as it is registered in all caps on your state birth registration. (especially within the last 40 years) In doing so, the state has created a legal fiction, that is, another person in the form of a "legal clone", who is not the real natural born "You", but is a state created "Y-O-U". Why has this been done? The answer is both basically simple but intricately involved simultaneously. We'll define the "simple" first, then cover just a few of the "intricate" implications within the several pages of this article. Simply put, a natural person (the "You" born from your mother) is a creation of Yahweh God Almighty. As that person, you have been given life through God's process of nature and therefore have a free inborn right to continue to live by breathing, eating, drinking, building a shelter for survival against the elements, freely travelling about, speaking or acting to communicate with other beings, falling in love and marrying, having children, raising a family, and other acts that are free given gifts of liberty by the Creator who made you, so that you may live within His laws of nature for a good life. (Example: You do not need to go to the State to pay for a license to breathe, as God gave you that right free of charge). You have God Given Rights which cannot lawfully be taken away from you "John Doe" because to do so would be usurping the authority of God Almighty who made you through nature. Our American true law calls these rights "inalienable rights" which our Declaration of Independence specifically says comes from "Nature's God". By the time The Declaration Of Independence and Constitution were written, --- to the colonists, the phrase "Divine Providence" was long recognized only as being the"God of the Bible". The Articles of Confederation of The United Colonies 1643-1684 had previously stated, "Whereas we all came into these parts of America with one and the same end and aim, namely, to advance the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ and to enjoy the liberties of the Gospel --- by a wise providence of God." The colonists' own names were written in lawful Christian proper English --upper and lower case "John Doe". However the "STATE CREATED" Y-O-U (FULL CAPS) is a legal fiction which is an artificial person, who not being born in nature can have NO GOD GIVEN RIGHTS, but only has PRIVILEGES granted to it by the State who is its Maker. Therefore the person listed on your birth certificate, Social Security card, driver's license, or public utility bill, etc., has no God Given Rights in any court whatsoever anywhere on this planet! Now do "You" realize why "YOU" can not go into court claiming that income taxes violate your God Given Rights to work and to keep the fruit of your labor? The same is true of all State statutes which violate natural rights, whether it's unlawful taxes, driver's licenses, dog licenses, marriage licenses, building permits, etc. The only person the courts recognize before them is their own creation Y-O-U (ALL CAPS) and if they have passed a regulation which applies to Y-O-U, the "YOU" must obey its creator!! Making the excuse that this is all just a "government snafu" still does not clear up the issue. Antiquated data on a few teletype systems back in the 50's did use an all capital font. This was for inter-office communications and some automated record keeping of the time. However, the vast majority of documents, certificates, and licenses in local, state, and federal offices were hand typed back then with the old "manual office typewriters" which, of course, had upper and lower case letters. No, we can't blame the ALL CAPITAL format of names for state records back then on "obsolete equipment". Office workers in the 50's and 60's were deliberately hand typing "full caps" for names, which means that they were getting instructions from whoever was issuing their paychecks, although at this late date it seems impossible to trace the first personal source of this deliberate typing style. In any event, whatever happened in the government offices from the 30's to the 60's created a way for "the system" to differentiate between natural persons and artificial persons such as corporations, and their legal documents reflect this distinction. The real "You" has been cloned by the State into "Y-O-U" ---- and that artificial person has been overlapped upon you and attached to you at birth without your permission and has stolen your name in a fraudulent act done when you were a defenseless infant only hours old. Look in the mirror and you will see your legally cloned creation by the state. It is you JOHN/JANE DOE (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS). Even if you had parents who graduated from the "best" of man's universities, they were not smart enough to prevent this from happening!! In fact they were trained to let you be exposed to the wolves of Mystery Babylon who want your name and want the natural born you (J-o-h-n D-o-e) as a slave. Feeling violated yet??? Those who think they can go into court and demand Constitutional God Given Rights have little idea what is going in this arena. The state will tolerate certain court cases to have a pretense show of constitutional rights being argued, as long as it does not infringe on their forced capture and rape of the real issues. The ramification of all this is far reaching into your personal life and it will take some explaining of terms before you grasp what all this actually means and how it affects your life, your country, and the world. As this Law Commentary progresses from Part One through Part Four, we will define the basic terminology relating to this greatest of all slaveries ever to be perpetrated upon a people, thus proving from the "Slavemaster itself" that America has been captured and its people no longer have any forum upheld by man for the protection of their Natural Rights. Referring to our King Jesus Christ, the Bible proclaims: "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12) Perhaps between the time you read Part One above and Part Two following, you will contemplate on the seriousness and gratefulness contained in the above verse of Scripture, since you now may be realizing that there is an "EVIL GENIUS OUT THERE" who wants "Y-o-u" with which you can not contend on a mental level. This is not about "churchianity". This is about some very heavy stuff affecting you personally, and Christ is the only power strong enough to help you by sending The Holy Spirit to your rescue. Becoming aware that you can not help yourself out of the Mystery Babylon situation is the first step in realizing that you have been weakened by your sins. It is the first step in humbling yourself before your Creator. Please go back and read Isaiah 57:15 in the first part of this lesson and understand that God Almighty of the Bible will be with you if you humble yourself with a contrite heart.
